What is a Tasqio Smart Alert?
A Smart Alert watches new and updated off-plan projects and emails you only when one matches the budget, locations, developer and investment criteria you set.
Does Tasqio email every new project?
No. A project is compared with your preferences. If it misses your budget, location or a minimum yield you set, it is not sent.
Are the yield figures guaranteed?
No. Rental yield and net yield are Tasqio Estimates, shown only when Tasqio has a rent basis for that project. They are not a forecast and not a promised return.
Can I unsubscribe from one kind of alert?
Yes. Every alert email links to a preferences page that does not require an account. You can turn off one alert type, pause instant alerts, stop the weekly brief, or unsubscribe from all marketing.
Will I be emailed as soon as I sign up?
If confirmation is required, the alert stays inactive until you open the confirmation email. Marketing email is sent only after that, and only when Tasqio has enabled delivery.
