Data sources
Last reviewed 15 October 2026
Tasqio never shows a provider's value directly. Every source feeds an ingestion pipeline that normalizes names and units, validates and de-duplicates records, and resolves a single current value per field with its provenance.
Source priority
| Priority | Source | Used for | Refresh |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Developer (direct) | Prices, payment plans, handover, unit types, media | On publication |
| 2 | Dubai Land Department | Project registration, transactions, construction progress | Monthly or as published |
| 3 | Licensed project data feeds | Coverage of projects not yet received directly | Daily |
| 4 | Tasqio editorial | Corrections and overrides, each logged with an author | As needed |
| 5 | Calculated | Yields, scores, price-vs-area, cash requirements | Whenever an input changes |
An editorial override outranks every other source and is recorded with the user who made it. When two sources disagree by more than 2% on a price, or at all on a handover quarter, the higher-priority value is shown and a conflict is opened for review.
Demo dataset
During development Tasqio runs on a fictional dataset: invented developers and projects attached to real community names with illustrative figures. Every demo page carries a notice, is marked noindex, and is excluded from sitemaps in every environment.
Attribution
Dubai Land Department data is used under its published terms. References to DLD do not imply endorsement of Tasqio. Licensed feeds are credited where their terms require it.
